“ I don't divide architecture,
 landscape and
gardening;
to me
they are one. ”

Designs by Dakota Brosseau

May of 2018, I earned my Bachelor of Environmental Science in Landscape Architecture with a minor in Environmental Science and a specialization in environmental remediation from Delaware Valley University. Post graduation, with 6 years in the field, I am looking to share my uniquely refined set of skills with a like-minded team.

Landscape architecture is more than meets the eye, it's problem-solving. My approach to design embraces the entire design process; research, programming, schematics, development, and presentation. I am skilled in communication, collaborative work, hand graphics, and digital graphics as well as excellent expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, Survey123, Autolux Lighting Software, and limited experience with MicroStation.

While in New Jersey I have collaborated with a large team that has allowed me to work on a diverse style of projects ranging from wetland restorations, wetland resiliency inspections, coastal resiliency, community parks, school designs, large-scale residential community designs, public housing projects, public transportation,  and tree inventory.

Currently, I live in Somerset, NJ  due to its proximity to my current job. However, I am looking to permanently relocate back to my hometown of  Jeffersonville, VT.  Most importantly it is my goal to bring my creativity, and innovative ideas, along with dedication, to help improve Vermont's community. I would love a chance to speak with you and learn more about how I can assist your team. Please continue to explore this website to view my full portfolio, and resume.
